Living here was an absolute nightmare from beginning to end. The building is extremely old, and I believe there was mold because I constantly felt sick whenever I was inside my apartment. I brought up my concerns, but nothing meaningful was done, and I was still expected to keep paying rent.
Despite the ongoing problems and poor living conditions, my rent was increased by $300. It was extremely frustrating to see the cost go up while so many serious issues remained unresolved.

This review is regarding their property in Las Vegas NV, Sonoma Senior Apartments. I tried reaching out to them, Cirrus Management, regarding their application process. I left 5 messages and 2 emails with no response as of this dates posting. When I finally got a hold of one their receptionist, who was rude, and kept transferring me to different extensions only to leave more messages. This company is very unprofessional and doesn't care about seniors at all, and they just want to make money off of us, which most of us don't have a lot of. Beware of this management company, if they do Seniors like this, I can image how they treat their other properties!
If I could give 0 stars I would please don't rent with any properties that they manage. These people are horrible customer service reps. They don't pick up the phone don't return emails. But when they need something completed by you, they are expecting you to jump and get it done. They don't care about the elderly nor the disabled, they basically ignore their customers. RENTERS BEWARE, looks are deceiving.
