I have had nothing but a great experience with this property management company. As a tenant I think their policies are honest and their expectations are transparent. They are incredibly easy to work with in terms of renting an apartment - down payments are usually discounted, pet deposits are affordable, and your utility bills are usually much lower than youd expect. My favorite service they offered was free monthly pest management, its a huge plus for Hawaii residents.

Hello, good morning. I've been having problems with a neighbor in the condominiums since August. I've gone to the office many times to talk to them. They've denied my request to change apartments, they spoke with the woman, and the problem calmed down, but it started again in February after I had signed a new lease in December because there were no problems with the woman at that time. But she started up again and it's even worse now. The woman has left notes on my car with messages saying she will report me to animal control because my dog barks at her dog. We're not happy with your Park Stanton Place Apartment management. We low income and had housing that was supposed help us with but refused to pay. Your management waited to let us housing hadn't paid until three months past even after assuring us we had. Then your manager Michael Apostel is harassing my husband Robert and daughter with disabilities. We're not treated with respect. Housing was wrong we are victims . We want to correct this soon as I am going to work soon.
