I called Cal Termite & Pest Control on the first time out. They went through inside and outside the house
I had no problem after that with bugs
My two weeks follow up I got an employee named Frankie and he was amazing. He followed exactly what I wanted to get done. He even moved the cushions from the patio furniture to spray under it. And he called me before the appointment to see if he can arrive earlier and so I didn’t have to wait all day for them. Which is a plus. I highly recommend them.
I had an amazing experience from start to finish from the time I called in to the guys finishing up the job they did a great job around my doors and windows thank you I'll turn my team and Joanna for being so patient with me and walking me through it will definitely recommend my family and friends I had an amazing and well respected crew
The service team at Cal Termite & Pest Control are absolutely amazing. They go above and beyond every time, are super friendly and I'm really grateful for their service.
I'm deducting 1 star because the office coordination is frustrating. I never know when my service tech is going to show up until the day before, and sometimes their schedule changes the day of, and I am not informed, so I end up waiting around and no one shows just for them to arrive after I leave. I've brought this up and asked several times to be given advanced notice or just a regular schedule but still just continue to receive a robocall/text (or sometimes no... read full review
