We had a sudden pipe burst on a Sunday morning. I called Beny randomly because he was the closest plumber open 24/7. He came over immediately, did a quick diagnostic, shut the water off, and began pumping out the water from our house. He worked tirelessly and didn’t stop until all the water was gone. Then he rented out his de-humidifiers and large air drying machines to ensure the water doesn’t cause damage to our walls and floors. He even got us an air purifier because we have a newborn in the house. He was straight to the point and did a great job. He even called his son to come help. We plan on relying on Beny for all our plumbing needs.

Fantastic! Beny is exceptional. He's much more than a plumber, he's a very talented seasoned veteran with an engineers mind. His motto is SAFETY first! I had a very difficult water heater replacement. Luckily Benys sticker was on the old one so I called him and so thankful I did. Due to special venting to prevent off gassing and the challenge in finding the upgraded model that had to match the original brand which Beny had handled in a few hours, this was a huge job.He had to custom retrofit the intake/outtake pipes/vent which was exceedingly difficult. He would not quit until it was 100 percent correct. His employee Francisco also worked very hard and the two of them were seamless together. Beny goes above and beyond to resolve your problems and is very passionate about his craft.He also does restoration work which is included. This was an 8 hr installation due to many issues which were all addressed. Beny is kind, funny and loves to answer your questions. If you want your plumbing done correctly then he's the one to call. Turns out a neighbor knew him as he fixed a problem that no other plumbers could. Said he was excellent. When you call him he will be direct and to the point as he's intently focused on the job at hand which is what you want. He will call you back ASAP with resolutions to your situation. Beny and his team of professionals are our go-to plumbers and will continue to be as long as we live in Los Angeles. Same for my neighbor, who recommended him to us. These guys LOVE to do a good job and it shows. They're honest, straightforward, reliable, ingenious -- quite simply experts at what they do. They completed three jobs so far--two MAJOR plumbing projects (replacing the entire plumbing under our house and through the front yard to the street; and a bathroom remodel where we changed the position of the toilet and shower, PLUS installing a whole house water filtration system that would also connect to sprinkler systems). And a third smaller project related to the above mentioned filtration system. We will never use anybody else for our plumbing needs. Beny and his team are super efficient and fast. They're always smiling, friendly and courteous and clean up perfectly every day and especially when the job is done. Absolutely fantastic experience every time. Benny the plumber after 1 visit my friend open , honest , reliable. If your looking for a great plumber you can't go wrong. I though I had a small condition he said no problem turned out to be nothing . If your in need of a great plumber. I recommend Benny!!! And replaced my outdoor water heater in the soaking rain......
