When we were in search of an attorney in the Valley, we discovered Mr. Barry Goldberg and were impressed with his informative web site and his credentials.Before we made our decision, we wanted to get further information and contacted him with a few questions. He personally responded and provided great insight on how he would proceed with our case, what our realistic expectations in terms of time and outcome should be and how we would receive in person and automated updates, so that we could keep track and feel at ease at all times. The overall process was straightforward and we were very pleased with the service and support we received.
Barry is the master of Arbitrations. If you need to fight against your own insurance company, there is no one better. He basically wrote the book on how to fight and win against them.I've followed his advise to the letter and have pushed and pushed letting the other side know we were immediately ready to go to arbitration and ultimately that made them fold and pay when otherwise all they do is delay.You cannot go wrong with Barry as your attorney, especially because other attorneys learn from him.
Attorney Goldberg truly cares. He gave me solid advice on my case and guided me in the right direction. Although, he is not currently representing me, he took time out of his busy schedule to discuss potential scenarios I may be facing. I plan on hiring him in the future if I don’t win, because I’m confident that he can help me.
