Long story short, Audio Pro Direct came to my rescue with Spectrum. My internet connection was dropping nonstop. I called Spectrum countless times, and their only solution was to reboot the modem and router. That worked for about 10 minutes before the connection would drop again.
Frustrated, I reached out to Audio Pro Direct and explained my predicament. I figured I'd need a new modem or router. But Miki had a different idea. He advised me to ask Spectrum to send a technician to check my wires.

I consulted with Audio Pro Direct on a small home theater project I was working on, and they were amazing. While we didn't end up working together (I ended up DIY-ing it), their expertise and professionalism were top-notch. Their site visit was thorough and incredibly helpful – answering all my questions, correcting my faulty assumptions, and providing great solutions and upgrades to my initial ideas. Their proposal to me was prompt, and they were responsive to my questions. Could not recommend them more!
