Anna and Ester from the office were helpful with scheduling an urgent appointment for my HVAC during Memorial Day! We were hosting and the ac unit went out, the tech came out within 45 min.

Roy was simply amazing. I mean next level service. He quoted me a price - I triple checked and it was a very fair price to remove my old water heater and put in this new Navien tankless. It was noon. He said that he might be able to get it done that day. He stayed until 10pm and stayed true to his word. He ran into more issues than he anticipated when quoted me and he stayed true to his quote even though he put in much more labor than was estimated. I will recommend him for life.
If you’re reading this, just stop and call or text ACI. First off, they were super responsive on a Saturday. Said they could get a tech to me in an hour. It was maybe 45 min. RON showed up and immediately diagnosed the issues with my AC unit. I know nothing about HVAC repair and he walked me thru the issues and options. He went above and beyond. Work was fast but very thorough and he had a great attitude the whole time. ACI is the only call I’ll make in the future when I need some help. Thank you Ron and team!!
