I had an issue with my refrigerator several months back called ACE and Joe came out. He was very efficient. Very knowledgeable worked quickly and completed the work on the refrigerator which is still doing great. I mentioned to him another issue with my heater. He looked at it and told me what he thought the issue was so I called him back to work on that and he was able to restore my vintage HVAC system. I once again had a different issue that was more complex with my HVAC system and I was very happy how he persisted to find the difficult issue and resolve it. Thank you so much. After installing the unit, they left a huge mess in my garage with debris and parts scattered everywhere. On top of that, the system rattles so loudly whenever it turns on that it keeps us awake at night. I called to have someone come back and fix the noise, but they brushed me off. Poor workmanship and even worse customer service. I wish I had chosen differently.

As always Joe comes to the rescue. AC went down in this crazy LA heat and he Joe was out the same day, and within 40min our AC was up and running. Fast, reliable and reasonable. FAVE STARS!

A couple of years ago, my 30-year-old AC finally died and I called Eugene to help me sort it out. He was fantastic. He diagnosed the issue to be microscopic leaks in the compressor unit and offered a few options to deal with it. Once we settled on the option he installed replaced the compressor unit and it now works very well. Eugene is very professional, fast and courteous. Can't recommend him enough.

I have used this company to install my new AC/Heater in 2013, and recently I called them when my heater started having problems. Every once in a while, it wouldn’t turn on. Eugene came over the same day I called him. At first there was a problem getting the error code because the heater kept turning on, like there was nothing wrong with it. But Eugene stayed for over an hour until the heater finally didn’t turn on, and gave him the error codes. He replaced the faulty sensor, and the problem was solved. Highly recommend this company.
