I have been coming to this clinic for about 4 years and the staff has always been extremely helpful and professional. The lobby is always clean. Dr Mario Ochoa has an excellent bedside manner. It's worth the 40 minute drive to Living Water Clinic. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone who's looking for a clean clinic with professional staff.
Dr. Tam is really nice and understanding. She explained the procedures thoroughly and answered all my questions. Alma, Yarely, and Minor in the front are also very friendly and helpful.
I had my first in-office visit with Dr. Ochoa. Previously, I had two phone visits with Dr. Ochoa, when my longtime LNP had to cancel last minute. (sudden illness/family urgency) I was very happy with Dr. Ochoa's care on both phone visits, so I asked him if he could take me on as my primary M.D. (I currently did not have one) He said he would be happy to take me on as a patient. I was SO fortunate to have taken this step, as 'new rules' now require a checkup at least once per year by an M.D. (Note: My former M.D. had passed away; his P.A.C. moved to another clinic.
