My hair was very long and mostly white. I had a small area that was darker in color. She bleached ALL of my hair. I complained that it was burning my scalp. After 2 hours getting bleach applied, I had to sit under dryer for 30 minutes which made my scalp feel on fire. I told her I could not handle it. Thought I might throw up from pain but she took another client and washed up supplies. No attention to my pain! Then she applied silver as per HER decision. My rating is for the hairdresser Chris I have been coming to Hair Mill for years and love it so my son wanted to come and get his hair colored and cut so he chose Chris when he got his haircut he would talk and that time he would devote some personal and private information of his trust and Chris to respect him and his privacy his Last hair color didn't lasted two days so when I came in for my hair to be done I asked Chris about when she was going to redo my sons hair and she began talking about my sons private life in front of her client even when I asked her to stop Chris said it was my sons fault because of his lifestyle and she continued to talk about him. Just had the best cut and style from Kristen. Not only is she an amazing stylist she is so nice and professional. Right on time with appointment, she spent a lot of time with me and made me feel special. The final result was a beautiful cut and style at super affordable prices. Also, no pressure on sales or return appointments. Very enjoyable experience. I will be back often. Thank you Kris!!!
