I recently bought a place and was told the AC works but unfortunately it did not. I called for a diagnosis and they sent Tyler P out. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and gave me an option of quotes to fix the part or replace the unit. I chose to fix the part. They were able to get it within a few days of me confirming which option. Tyler came back out the day after the part arrived. He went above and beyond to clean the entire unit and get that motor up and running. He explained different areas of the unit and gave me tips to make it last longer! Great service & very professional! Will highly recommend Tyler & the rest of the Pearce team.
Pearce Heating & A/C installed a Samsung mini-split system in our living home. The entire process, from sales through installation, went very smoothly. The sales representative, Nick, was very responsive and knowledgeable. The installation crew was awesome, very organized and efficient. The office staff was great. The system works extremely well, the main part of our house now stays cool even during super hot weather. It uses much less power than our main A/C system.
Tyler came out and addressed our concerns about insufficient air flow to two bedrooms. Tyler was able to determine the root cause of the problem and fixed it and explained why we were having a problem. Happy with his service and also with our initial call to Pearce. Great customer service. Thanks!
