Harold and his team have been nothing short of Exceptional!!! We are truly grateful for their efforts in exceeding our expectation when it comes to the service they’ve provided. ?? This is the first time our family has had issues with rodents and we immediately hired Terminex in our area and they sent out 3 different people to our home, also have not been back in over a month to check on progress nor returns any phone calls. ?
Harold just came by for a second time within the week to make sure progress is being made and I personally could not feel more safe having him involved with our current issue.
Great service. The technicians that come out are always very helpful and friendly and very knowledgeable about their job. I had to call them about a rat problem and they were quick to come check on the situation and setup the traps and capture the rat. I don't think I would call anyone else in the situation.
