I had a surgery, so I couldn't wash my hair. I called the salon to see if they could wash my hair. Arthur was so kind and empathetic towards my situation. He spent time to make sure that I was not hurting because it was hard for me to move due to the stitches I had. I really appreciated his kindness. Thank you.
