These are the unicorn of contractors. They are reasonably priced, reliable and extremely efficient. They want to do a great job and have a happy customer. They remodeled our bathroom and we couldn't be happier with their meticulous work. My husband will be the first to admit that he is quite hard to please and he is very happy with their work indeed. Nothing was a problem for these guys, they just get the job done with no fuss.
When we were ready to renovate our bathroom, I wanted a quote and then wanted to make a decision and move forward. When I contacted Golan, I felt confident right away that he had the experience and expertise. He didn't put us through a process to get a quote like so many had. He looked at the job, told us what it would take and that he could start demo just days later. It was exactly what we wanted. With confidence we ended up expanding our projects. We did another bathroom, new flooring in the loft, removed acoustic ceiling and repainted the interior. Oh, and new cement patio with stamped concrete. We then decided to paint our wood toned kitchen white with a lacquer finish. It was a whirlwind and everything was done flawlessly. He was on time, saw us every day while his tradesmen came and went. Everyone was professional and just did an amazing job. I am glad that we seized the opportunity to get all the work done quickly and to now be enjoying the results. Our house is like new and very updated. It was definitely the right decision to get things done at once while they were in the house already. We didn't need to move out. Highly recommend. He stood behind his pricing and there were no surprises.
Golan Remodeling did our kitchen remodeling,Jay the project manager help us with design and selection of quarts countertops and took us to few places to select the countertops and flooring and backsplash, he spend with us all the time we needed and was very patient.
