So about 5 months ago, I decided that I wanted to learn a musical instrument. After acknowledging the fact that I have had zero musical experience in my life, I literally googled "easiest instrument to learn as an adult". The result? Ukulele!! I have been taking private lessons with Paul at After School Music School ever since, and while I am soooo far from being proficient, Paul has taught me to read music, play some tunes, and ENJOY the learning process! He even tailored my lessons around my favorite artist and song (Johnny Cash-The Man Comes Around). Paul keeps it fun and uplifting, and I am enjoying it a lot. If any local friends are looking to learn the uke, guitar, piano, or bass...for yourself or your child, I can't recommend Paul enough. This guy is incredible!

We found Paul on yelp and decided to take a shot and set up an intro to ukulele lesson. My son and Paul hit it off immediately. In a short 4 weeks my son is already playing many cords and performed his favorite song at his first recital this weekend at Paul's home!!! It's a great environment. I can tell my son enjoys his lessons with Paul. He is a great teacher and motivator. We just signed up my daughter for piano lessons. Again, instant connection with her as well. I could not be happier with the experience. We look forward in seeing where this musical road takes us. We're happy that Paul will be there along the way. Thanks Paul!!!
