Arturo and his associate of Acapulco Pool Service, came to our home within two hours of our communication. I explained that the pool water was not circulating and that the pool was green. He diagnosed filter was not like working well. Sure enough, the filter was filled with gunk.after cleaning the filter and adjusting valves, the pool was immediately back to normal. Along with fast work, a fair price and very knowledgeable pool men, Acapulco will be my go to company. Great work, nice guys and fair price. Excellent service.

Our pool stopped priming and needed a new skimmer, pipes, etc and the team did an absolutely great job, exactly as promised. We have a lot of trees, so the repair was designed in a way that the roots would not get into the pipes. Our pool has never worked better.

I chose Arturo based on his Google reviews, and I am happy I did. Arturo is reliable and knowledgeable. Showed up as promised on time. He was thorough, went through each step in diagnosing my issue, and got my pool pump primed and running which I was unable to do after 3 days of tinkering with it. He actually told me that he would charge nothing if he couldn’t get it working, and a reasonable service visit charge if he got it working. He also took time to answer my questions on pool maintenance. I think I appreciated the most was his willingness to stop by on the same day. I know that is not always possible but he made it work!
