The compassion, dignity and care we received from Windsor mortuary went far beyond our expectations. Losing my younger siblings has been the most painful experience my family has endured. Elvira & Bianca were more than just professionals, they became a steady presence when our world felt like it was falling apart. Since the first meeting to arrange the details they listened patiently, guided us through the process and handled every detail with grace and sensitivity. In such hard times like using these services, we had a great experience. The staff was very friendly and considerate. We have been to different funeral homes before and they usually kick people out at the agreed time. Here John was very kind and caring while letting us stay a tad over the agreed time without rushing us. At the time of the burial John gave me the opportunity to carry my father inlaws casket on my truck to put him to rest at shiloh cementary. 100% recommend this place whenever tragedy hits. They definitely take pride and passion in their work.
Dealing with an unexpected passing a week ago has been incredibly difficult. As crazy as it sounds….Elvira and the other employees here have made it a very comforting experience. I had called a few other mortuaries in Sonoma County, and they were all far more expensive, and sounded like salesmen. While keeping the cremation process within our budget, they took such great care of our loved one, and we knew her body would be treated with respect, and care. This job must be very difficult, but they all do it so well, with such grace. I know it’s not easy researching mortuaries, so just know I can’t recommend them enough.
