Lets keep it real, I have severe anxiety when it comes to the dentist. I had my first exam and cleaning a few weeks ago and I have to say, it went SO well. The staff is friendly, the reception/waiting room was clean and welcoming, they even had calming music playing! Emily cleaned my teeth and definitely helped calm my nerves and answered any questions I had. She also suggested a new oral care routine and taught me how to proper floss around my lingual bar. Today I went back to get a couple fillings done. I was able to get a prescription of calming/anti anxiety meds before the appointment. As a man going on 70 years, I can say there has never been a time that I've longed to see a dentist. Doubt there are many who do. It is usually an aberration or pain that drives us to the dentist' chair. That's what occurred to me recently. I'm glad I listened to a friend who told me he was wonderful person-and doctor-and I experienced that to be true. I found in every aspect of his Practice, from his own expert and gentle care, and through warmth and efficiency of all his staff I dealt with. This shout out goes specifically to Dr Kyle Scott and Lina at the front desk! They both encompass great compassion, humor and professionalism. I appreciate Lina always going the extra mile to help and Dr Scott's great clinical skills. It's rare to find a doctor/dentist who has both great clinical and bedside manner.
