She was a great coach and teacher. She helped me read my dog's body language, cues and behaviors as we walked through a park where there were kids, ducks, loud trucks, teenagers, and other dogs. Penny gave me insight and taught me tools that I will definitely be using every day moving forward. I could tell my dog was totally comfortable with Penny, and so was I!
