PDI Surgery Center provides exceptional care, with staff that is amazing, friendly, and professional. They ease patients' nerves by clearly explaining procedures and show understanding and professionalism throughout. The center takes great care of patients, making them feel safe and comfortable, and treats them with excellent care. The staff is kind and answers any question. They are helpful and kind, and went out of their way to help. The check-in is fairly quick and straightforward. The receptionist was kind, quick and efficient. The lobby is clean and has some activities for the kiddos, and offers free WiFi for guests. The nurses here do a phenomenal job with making your child feel as comfortable as possible, offering stuffed animals, toys, and even a tablet. They are so understanding and kind with the kids. The doctors know what they're doing and the process was quick. The nurse was so sweet and supportive. The staff here tries to make it as smooth as possible for the babies.

My son needed 4 teeth pulled and needed to go under anesthesia. They are extremely professional and caring. They made my son and us his parents feel safe in a scary moment as our young child is under anesthesia.
The procedure went great and he is feeling much better. Also is more confident smiling again. ❤️

Took in our son for oral surgery, undergoing Anastasia I was quite concerned with how our little would handle such a situation the amazing staff and support starting immediately in the waiting room made it possible to provide a comfortable environment for him from start to finish! I appreciate everyone on this team that made taking care of my little boy mess and stress free 🩺 thank you again medical team
