PDI Surgery Center provides exceptional care, with staff that is amazing, friendly, and professional. They ease patients' nerves by clearly explaining procedures and show understanding and professionalism throughout. The center takes great care of patients, making them feel safe and comfortable, and treats them with excellent care. The staff is kind and answers any question. They are helpful and kind, and went out of their way to help. The check-in is fairly quick and straightforward. The receptionist was kind, quick and efficient. The lobby is clean and has some activities for the kiddos, and offers free WiFi for guests. The nurses here do a phenomenal job with making your child feel as comfortable as possible, offering stuffed animals, toys, and even a tablet. They are so understanding and kind with the kids. The doctors know what they're doing and the process was quick. The nurse was so sweet and supportive. The staff here tries to make it as smooth as possible for the babies.

We had a great experience here! Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable in giving you a better understanding of how things work there and what will be done. What they say they'll do in the procedure is exactly what they're going to do. They're very specific. Waiting room have tablets for children to use. Doctors were exceptional! My baby's teeth is free of cavities and looks amazing! They even offer Popsicles during recovery and kiddos get to choose a charm before discharge. I also love that they call to check in your child after surgery. They're so sweet! Thank you so much PDI and staff! Thanks for taking good care of my baby.

My son needed 4 teeth pulled and needed to go under anesthesia. They are extremely professional and caring. They made my son and us his parents feel safe in a scary moment as our young child is under anesthesia.
The procedure went great and he is feeling much better. Also is more confident smiling again. ❤️
