“They were quick professional and efficient. I got a quote for roof repair and maintenance before the rainy season and they responded with reasonable estimates and had availability. They would have received full marks from me if they followed up after the job was completed with an email documenting the work they did and pictures would be great. They did mention their roofers weren't good with taking pictures when I asked. I had wanted an overview of the work done actually done and the lady at the office who received my check said she would follow up shortly. 4 months and never got a follow up. I think this is an important area they need to work on. I eventually went up on the roof myself and took a look.
