“Lacy is an amazing massuse . My daughter had severe and chronic backpain due to a sports injury. We tried everything for 2 1/2 years and even saw a surgeon. Not one doctor or chiropractor could help her. I was looking for a fascia specialist and found Lacy. She worked with my daughter doing two massages and cupping every month for several months and the pain has completely gone away. Now she doesn't need them so as I said to Lacy, she worked her way out of a job. We will still be working with Lacy but fortunately we don't need her anymore thanks to her amazing talent at healing. Also, she is very reasonable in price thank goodness. If you are in pain, call her. She is a miracle worker.“

“I was Referred to Lifestyles Chiropractic & Wellness by the health insurance as my Pain Management Dr Manic from Arrowhead Orthopedic referred me to an Acupuncturist and Massage Therapist for pain management & therapy management as it's a medical essential AND wow they did not disappoint!!!! “My husband and I both got 60 minute full body massages each, which came with oils & hot stones for $55 each + tip. Here we weren't asked our preference for male masseur or female masseuse. It seemed both may have been available, so I was a bit shocked that male masseurs both came to massage us. This was my first time I believe being massaged by a male, but I kept an open mind. My hesitation mainly was because I'm a tinier person, so I was nervous whether the massage may be too hard pressure wise. To my pleasant surprise, it was actually perfect! One of the best massages I've had. The masseurs both knew what they were doing; they were able to feel where we were tensed & fixed all of our problem areas without us giving any direction with where or pressure adjustments. There were only 2 cons. They have an additional $5 charge if you pay with credit card. The other was that even with the thin blankets to cover my body on the massage tables, the rooms were pretty chilly/ cold. The time we went was mid day, so it's possible no heaters or warmers are used when there aren't many / any customers. We will definitely be coming back here, thank you for the amazing massages!“

“I must say i got there at 6 PM after walking my daily 10 mile cardio out in the valley fields in San Jacinto, Ca. I was so pleased about the parking in the back of an unassuming quaint cottage house. Upon entering i was greeted by avery kind lady who instructedmysrkf to get in my undies and under the sheet covers. The room was very clean & spotless. Ambient music filled the air and i felt comfortable right away. Soon after about 5 minutes an incredibly talented and kind masseuse named " Cindy " knocked at the door and her smile and kindness lit up the somber room. I felt so at ease and explained to her i have been on a health journey for over 5 years. I walk over 50 miles weekly and have putting off massage far to many years now. I went for the 90-minute deep tissue massage. It was the most detoxifying and cathartic experience i have ever had. There was a few times i actually started crying because of the release of toxins and my muscles screaming for attention. The massage was so intense and incredible. " Cindy " was the utmost professional and has hands beyond blessed. Her technique was amazing and she is so experienced in the way of Thai massage. I will be definitely going back but on a regular basis. Taking care of your body & skin is one of the most important things you can do for yourself. I can't say how wonderful & life-changing this massage was. 10 stars“

“Therapy on my shoulder. I have arthritis in both of them. The therapist does a good job and it only takes an hour or a little less to get things done! Diana is a very nice and friendly lady to deal with also. The young therapist that takes care of me is also nice and seems to like his job. The ladies at the front desk are very cordial and always say "hello":when I walk in. I do hope my therapy will help out with taking away some of my shoulder pain. Of course, I can never get rid of arthritis, but I think the therapy will help tremendously with problem.“
