I have worked in the medical industry for a number of years, and yet still struggled to find a primary care physician who I felt really listened to my health concerns. Michael Flores has gone above and beyond to not only evaluate and access my concerns but also work with my insurance company to help with out of pocket prescription costs. I have been going to the office for many years, but every time I visit for refills the information to my providers not not clear or missing. I'm constantly on the phone for more information required to my provider. The office is very slow about sending information. It doesn't help when I get the same information from my provider either. I want to mention I do like their medical service.

I had given this ofc. A bad review but the doctor is the best he truly cares about his patients,, well I went back just 2 days ago and the ofc manager and my doctor asked how can they help me to stay with my doctor?? Well we made agreement for much less charges for letters when I need. IAM much happier and will be staying with my doctor..he is the best ...
