German Construction built a granny unit for us. They did a beautiful job!! They worked hard and they worked fast. Herman understood what we wanted and listened to our needs. He went above and beyond with the wood working and many small details that really made it unique and special. He Always answered when called and was really good about communicating what was going on every step of the way. All the guys were professional, respectful and skilled. I couldn’t ask for a better outcome! We will be using them on every future project we have on the property. We recommend them highly!!!
German is an experienced builder with expert craftsmanship skills. He built our Adirondack style cabin which was a high end architectural custom home with lots of intricate wood working detail, challenging large wooden beam trusses, and complicated roof angles. The house was essentially designed as
an Adirondack style cabin with old world wooden interior, hardwood paneling throughout the home, rustic beams, and extensive stone masonry work for the fireplace. Omar and the whole team at German construction did an excellent job on an office/lab renovation project I had. Their pricing was competitive but more importantly, they showed up when they were supposed to and finished ahead of schedule. They were also great when we ran into a couple surprises that easily could have derailed progress but they were able to find solutions in a timely manner with excellent communication. I highly recommend them.
