“Took my 2 week old kitten there and they gave me a lot of helpful info on raising her, feeding her and gave her needed medications. Staff is helpful, informative and seem as if they know what they’re doing (they’ve yet to be wrong, but whenever I leave a review saying something positive like that, it seems to end up being ALL bad on my next visit to whomever I’d just given praise to, so I’m trying not to jinx myself, allowing the 5 stars to say how pleased I am with their services).
UPDATED: Turns out, my “she” is a “HE”! My gf was holding him some time ago, she noticed a little more “baggage” than he’d had before! LOL Yup, the little guy dropped nuggets on us! Luckily, “Tiger” was a name we could still use with him.“

When she examines our elderly fury family member, she takes her time to make sure our anxious gentlemen feels safe and comfortable. When I called Murrieta Family Pet Hospital, they made room in their schedule and saw us that afternoon. Since then, we've been going back and have had great service (vaccines, general health things). I never feel rushed and they lay out all tests and things they can do to treat whatever the issue is, without any pressure if I choose to forego some of the options. “We have been going to Dr Dickson since we moved here in 1993. At the time we got our first puppy, a German shepherd and she was the only vet in town that we felt comfortable with. The others were too expensive. Over the years the service and love and caring has not changed. Dr Dickson and her team truly care about my babies. It’s not just about the money. I love that Dr Dickson is old school and doesn’t jump to high cost treatments or unnecessary treatments. She will first try other methods and they usually always work. We have had many many animals over the years and every single one has been treated by Dr Dickson and her team. I won’t trust anyone else.“

“Took my cat in for some blood work and an exam. The office smelled good and was very clean. Dr. Ishikane did a great job with my cat and was very knowledgeable of my cats condition which was a relief. Cheyenne was my room nurse, she was so kind and helpful as well. Ashley, a technician there, referred me and it was a very great experience for me and my cat. Sarah and the other woman working at the front were amazing too. Thank you to the whole team!
