I gave Kerry a call and received a call back within less than 2 days time. I had a water leak under the belly of the trailer. He showed up early for the appointment and got straight to finding the issue. I'm new to owning a travel trailer and I don't know much about them. As a female you don't want to get taken advantage of. Well, I didn't experience anything like that with Kerry. He knew what he was doing and wasted no time in fixing the problem. My son and I can't thank you enough Kerry. Thanks for taking care of us. If I ever need help with my trailer again, (you know I will, lol) you'll be hearing from me. All the best to you and yours!

Kerry knows his stuff! After only two years, both the furnace and water heater died in our new 5th wheel!Why this stuff gave out so quickly is a cause for concern, but Kerry repaired both -- promptly & professionally, and even negotiated a free replacement unit for the water heater. Worth his weight in gold!
