This space is magical and the class experience is enlightening and magical. I also bring my teen here for Neurofeedback which has been life changing for her epilepsy and migraines. I'm grateful this space serves out community.

Sage is such a special place! Every service, workshop and class I’ve taken has been fantastic — just walking into the space feels grounding and peaceful. I’ve experienced sound baths with Cory, hypnosis with Jen, and psychic development and Reiki with Katy — all truly wonderful. You can’t go wrong with any service at Sage. Highly recommend!
Love this little studio! I recently got back into yoga and have taken classes here with Lauren, Alicia, Sandy, and Kim. It’s a lowkey studio, and the instructors are easy to follow along with and talk to.
