“I purchased a small Valentine's Day gift basket at Albertson's made by Alder Creek. When I took the mug out of the wrapping paper, I could see some slight lumpy defects on the mug. I saw the website at the bottom of the mug, so I thought it was worth a shot to fill out the contact form on their website with this issue. To my amazement, a customer service representative reached out to me and I had a brand new gift basket delivered to my house within 48 hours. Truly exceptional customer service.
