In this very painful and difficult time White Emerson made the process easy, they were compassionate every step of the way. I called other places and they could not accommodate dates or our wishes and did not try to go above and beyond . Initially I spoke to Jason who was very helpful, arranged everything that day, made an appointment right away for our family to finalize arrangements. Ernesto took care of us during the appointment then on the day of services Trino took over. All the staff was kind, helpful, compassionate and extremely supportive. Thank you!

My father passed recently, and had pre-paid his funeral and burial with White Emerson Mortuary back in 2019. That made taking care of some of his affairs after his passing much easier for my mother and I. Ernesto from WE walked us through everything with kindness and sensitivity, helping us navigate Veterans Affairs and the Riverside National Veterans Cemetery in time to get my father buried before the government shutdown caused a waiting list to form. Ernesto didn't push extra packages or services on us but did get everything set up when we added stationery and media to Dad's memorial last minute. Treated family with respect. Felt cared for and understood. Very nice to be able to deal with the same place for cremation versus picking up Mom’s ashes elsewhere. Highly recommend.
