I come here for most beauty needs all the time and while the workers ARE very pleasant I came here on a Saturday for the first time rather than a weekday, and got the best service and attention in every section I walked into. It was a great experience and surprising to me since I rarely see this here. Then I returned yesterday Monday for another product, and employees were essentially back to dodging customers. No help or assistance at all as per usual. Shoutout to those who work Saturdays, you’re doing amazing !

Anthony at Ulta is absolutely incredible! My daughter had a full-face makeup tutorial with him, and it was beyond amazing from start to finish. Anthony has such an energetic and funny personality that made the whole experience enjoyable and comfortable. He took the time to perfectly match the best products and colors for her skin tone and explained everything so clearly.
What really stood out was how he taught her step-by-step—doing one side of her face himself and having her do the other side to learn hands-on.
