I could not be more disappointed. I've had trouble connecting with a good stylist and I found Nancy at Touch of Glamor. She really knows what she's doing but I will never go back there. I scheduled my appointment via Google Assistant as I always do. I showed up for my appointment only to be told by the other stylist (Patty or Elizabeth or whatever her name is) that there was no appointment on the books. I showed her my Google confirmation and she told me they don't book appointments through Google.. I told her that I had booked every single appointment I made with Nancy through Google Assist. She still denied that they book through Google. She was snarky and unapologetic when she could have been gracious and accommodating. That's enough for me to never spend my good money there again. I'd rather pay more and be treated well than to save a few bucks and be treated unprofessionally.

I had an appointment and was there 5 hours!!! Three different girls had their hands on my hair!!! Why can't the one that started finish instead of letting me just sit there then she starts to work another girl. Then another girl starts working on my hair then has another continue with my hair. 3 different girls?? She started on me and never finished. I requested a certain color, my hair was not what I requested. They do what they want not what you ask for. Also different prices depending on who you ask. I work hard and to pay $$$ for something I don't like And sit there for 5 hours, not cool!!!

Dulce, has come to the rescue once again. My daughter's prom hair-styled by Dulce, went perfect with her dress. Only 2 stylist handled the pressure of about 4-5 clients simultaneously without a hitch. A root touch up, 2 prom princesses, a quinceañera girl and her mother, no problem.

Great place, great atmosphere the ladies their Nancy and Dulce do amazing work and they have eyebrow tatto and eyelashes services it is a full service salon you should definitely go check out this hair salon it is amazing i loved my haircut. Thank you ladies

Honestly this place sucks! I went in after I called and booked an appt for Yesterday. She told me she didn't have me on there. I was confused because she told me to come at that time yesterday. She then proceeded to tell me that she accidentally out me down for the following Friday? I told her she told me to come in today and she proceeded to say "sorry" and that it was her fault and she will get to us. And at that point I was fed up and I was like ok fine whatever. An hour later she cut out hair and cut my sisters hair so crooked dude lol it looked liked she did it in a rush. Then they proceeded to cut my hair and the lady Nancy had her mask under her nose and was painting another girl hair and she proceeded to touch my hair. Not a single wash of her hands. What also bothered me is Nancy could not stay in one place while cutting my hair, she would wonder off so many times doing stuff knowing she employees not doing anything. My trim and small curtain bang took 30 minutes to do ! I would not come here at all. Place looks so unsanitary and people with out masks getting in your face yeah save your hair and your money and don't come here.

They took my girls in last minute and they were super nice! Since we are from out of town, I did not know where to go and this place was great! My girls loved their hair cut and not too pricey!!
