Terrible. Terrible. From the general manager on down. Terrible service.
Planned on working with this company due to their exceptional customer service and thorough product evaluation. Richard gave a tour of the factory and its HUGE! I highly recommend working with this company. Not only are they professional, but they are thorough. Will definitely update my review once my products are completed, but so far my experience has been positive.
