This would have been my first time with Gigi at Revival Beauty Lounge. I scheduled at 8:00 am for a wedding that afternoon. Gigi canceled at 7:50 am when I texted her that I was in front of the salon. I understand emergencies happen, but I don't understand that there was no communication with the Manager and stylist. I would have waited for some other stylist to be available but the manager did not attempt to contact me to offer an apology or anything else. Saddly disappointed and I would not recommend this salon to anyone.

Zero rating! Pre-Covid experience was dealing with FLAKEY STAFF including managers always running late to appointments or not showing up for appointments at all, rescheduling last minute or canceling because excuses of partying too hard the night before appointments and too drunk to show up for appointments. They don't care if it was an important event to get hair styled or if it was a regular trim they don't care! Post-Covid Now it's even worse to try to get a hold of anyone. They won't even return phone calls even if leave message for the managers! Unfortunately tried too many times to book appointments but there's a limit of constantly going... read full review

I've been meaning to get around to write this review but it's been a busy weekend for me because my bridal shower was on Saturday (9/19). Also, I would like to preface this negative review by saying that I am not giving a bad review based on quality of work. I have never been to this salon before, so this is my first and only experience with it. This bad review is based on the sheer negligence of an appointment I booked with Cristina back on August 28 for a trial run/mock up for my bridal hair.
