Shawood Magnolia Ranch is a beautiful community. The staff from construction, sales and costumer service have been amazing and very informative. If you want to see a beautiful community being built visit here.

Using a random account to stay anonymous... Model homes looked amazing but just wanted to inform you guys that the website does not work. Other than that prices were great for this economy.

Roger has done many projects on our home. We have been very pleased with every one of them. He floored and painted a bedroom, installed new sliding doors, converted a carport into a garage, built a workbench for me, set up a new carport, and added two covered patio shade structures. One of them is so striking that I walk visitors up the driveway so they can see it from that angle. Excellent recommendation!
