Had a leak in my attic and RK plumbing was able to send a technician right away to fix it Art arrived promptly, diagnosed the issue and fixed it in within the hour. Super transparent and affordable and made sure I understood what caused it and what they were doing.
Shawn was so incredibly knowledgeable and so kind. We received a dubious diagnostic and quote from another plumbing company so we decided to get a second opinion. Thank god we did! The information we received was wrong and you can tell they were trying to extort us for thousands of dollars. Shawn arrived and he told us exactly what was wrong with our water heater and fixed it almost immediately. He was so so helpful and we are so grateful! He was very honest and upfront about the fees! I highly recommend !! Great, great job!!!
