This was the second [and last] time I've gone to Natalie's Nails. The first time was okay and the technician did an adequate job. This last time, the noise in the shop was untenable! The techs were screaming and yelling the whole time! My appointment started at 12:30 and finally was over at 2:15! FOR A PEDICURE!!! I sat soaking for almost 20 minutes! It was possibly THE WORST experience possible! Will I be going back? NOT ON YOUR LIFE!!!

I was cold, but those prices was too mush $$$ not going back !!! didn't have water too use if so, it was a little. Great women who took care of me thank you for your kindness?God bless you.

I don't know if I'll come back. I chose to come here because I had walked by several times and the place looked pretty inside. Today I went in for a pedicure, and the lady asked if I could wait because there were a few other people and I was cool with it and I didn't have to wait that long. The lady was VERY gentle with my nails and did a really good job on making my nails look good. However I have some issues: first off there was another customer in there which the lady CUT him while working on him and when he asked for a refund the lady tried to argue and just gave him a really hard time and it was obviously their fault and didn't want to take responsibility.
