I had a terrible experience with this pool service. The technician, Mike, repeatedly failed to show up for scheduled appointments and did not communicate any delays. When he did come, the job was left incomplete, and despite numerous attempts to contact him, he never followed up. Overall, highly unprofessional and unreliable--would not recommend.

I hate to put negative reviews on anyone, but I was one of his clients and hated chasing Mike all over to get my pool cleaned. Why would a person paying for a service be chasing for service? It just doesn't make sense. Mike if you're reading this, with all the respect, just know that all we want is our pools to be cleaned hence why people are paying for this. If this is something that you can't commit and do, then simply close your business.Services: Filter cleaning

So I paid for Mike Ramirez full year VIP service cash and that was a mistake. I hired him last year in November 2021. He sold me broken promises. I paid him $1400.00 up front for all the perks and that was supposed to include chemicals as well. So for the first month he did not communicate nor did he show up. Then throughout the year when he did show up he didn’t do nothing. I spent the majority of the time buying my own chemicals and learning on my own how to clean my own pool.
