This is based on one experience at this location. I've been an ME customer for about 10 years. I had a really good experience here. My therapist, Annyssa (sp?), was awesome! She used just the right amount of pressure and DIDN'T TALK other than to 1) ask me if the pressure was okay, 2) how was I doing when she told me to "flip over," and 3) at the end when she asked how I was feeling. PERFECT! This is important to me because I get massages to relax and destress which is hard to do when the therapist wants to complain about their job or share their "life story." Annyssa, if you're reading this - keep doing what you're doing!

My husband and I love Massage Envy! It's clean, great service and all staff members are are polite and very helpful! Eden is my masseuse , and she is awesome... We are enjoying our membership!

I got a massage yesterday in Whittier and I was very unsatisfied with my therapist he operated like a rookie and didn't properly cover me up with sheets. At some point started massaging my jaw and when massaging me he just continued to rub my skin up and down for 90 min! No real technique didn't even feel like a massage the only reason I felt some relaxation was because of the rapid tension relief extremely disappointed because these services aren't cheap and in the end didn't even get a real massage it really got me thinking if they even hire people with experience in this field.
