This was my first visit to the salon. My stylist cancelled arriving and the Manager, Liseth, attended to me. She explained products that would improve my hair and scalp care. She was very kind and respectful. She would check if I still had the time to wait for her to start my appointment because she was covering the front desk. I knew that a first visit usually goes over because the possibility of additional services. So adding a treatment was perfect.

I definitely recommend jcpenny hair salon,aura,did my hair,she did a great job,my hair was uneven,she put highlights, cut and styled it,very professional she fixed my hair and I absolutely love itServices: Hair coloring

I reamber this place when I was a little girl. It's kind of un decorative not very uplifting when getting your hair done. But the staff is very helpful. I love this place still even though.
