“Schulz Optometry is awesome! Angelica is the best. I've been a customer for the past 6-7 years and every visit to the office has been great. Last week I lost my glasses while on vacation. I called Angelica and she ordered the new lenses the same day. A few days later I stopped in and chose my frames...which are no longer available...but Angelica was able to find them for me. I picked up the glasses today and, as usual, everything is perfect. From the time I lost them until today's pick up was a total of six days. Fantastic customer service. For the last 30 years, my wife and I have been seeing Dr. Rice for our eye exams and glasses, including my special safety glasses with Rx lenses for dentistry. Gus is especially helpful to be sure our eyeware give sharp vision, are fitted well, and look great. Dr. Derek has the latest high tech testing to look into the eye and back of the eye capturing photos and measuring for problems. “Great customer service!!! I've been coming here for some time along with my husband and children. They are definitely organized, which is appreciated for a big family. The doctor is great. When my kids were really little, he did a great job of making them feel comfortable. He he always explain things to them. My husband was in complete denial and didn't think he needed glasses, and was even stubborn about wearing them. The doctor explained it to him in a way, where he just wore the glasses as he needed. His staff is great and knowledgeable. They have always been super friendly, and helpful. Whether it be with warranty support, adjustments, recommendations, they just take care for you. I came in to have the lenses swapped out of my sunglasses, I hadn't been in a while because I had a car accident and required eye surgery but I still bring the family, I also just got busy with work. The customer service I received, just made me remember how great they have been to my family.“
