Encore Wellness Physical Therapy

This is the same company as Encore Wellness. EVERYONE NEEDS TO KNOW. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIs facility. These managers lack empathy for their members. I hate to write bad reviews. But this company is not what you think it is. As for myself if I ever need physical therapy or a gym. I will not use this place.

I was transferred to the Whittier California Nifty after Fifty location. Had my first therapy session there today. Wow what a difference this place is compared to the Downey location. The employees very pleasant The place was clean. I watched them clean equipment Therapist gentle yet firm in massage and loosening my shoulder Employees were attentive and I appreciate that

This place IS NOT for recovery of anything. My first visit was going over my medical history and gave me a couple of exercises to do. When I went in 10 days later they had me do exercises for approximately 30 minutes with a pt assistant coming after each exercise but not checking on me to see if I was doing them properly. At other PT they would apply heat to relax the muscles prior to starting and after would apply ice. This place only did it once halfway through my visit, which is unreal.
