About Back 2 Basics Training
Back 2 Basics Training has been serving the Whittier community for 20 years, with a new location at 16230 Whittier Blvd (formerly Core Evolution). The business specializes in injury prevention, post-rehabilitation, weight loss (training and nutrition), and physique competition (training and nutrition). They now offer Boot-Camp, Spin, and L1FT CYCLE classes with early morning, late evening, and Saturday schedules available. Clients have experienced real results in a short time under the guidance of the experienced trainers, Eric and Nargiz. One client, who was injured in a car accident and struggled with weight gain, joined Back 2 Basics Training 17 years ago and credits the trainers for her significant improvement. Another client, who had hit a point of struggle with a healthy lifestyle, has been training with Eric and Nargiz for 13 years and feels that their knowledge, approachability, and motivation have made all her health and fitness goals attainable. The gym has also helped clients achieve impressive feats, such as competing in a bikini competition. I enjoy training at Back 2 Basics because they take the time to get to know you and what you need, to achieve your healthy goals. It is big enough to offer a variety of exercise options but small enough that “everyone knows your name”! Both Eric and Nargiz have been in the personal training business long enough to know exactly what they’re doing. I love taking their boot camps and now Nargiz has a Lyft cycle class in the mornings that’s kicking my butt in a great way! 💪🏼
