“This is my first time waxing and Kate made it such a wonderful experience! She is so gentle and knowledgeable about what she does! She explains everything to you and gives you tips on how to clean and exfoliate properly. I thought my first wax would be a bit awkward and scary but Kate really takes the time to get to know you and makes sure you're comfortable before proceeding. The vibes were so peaceful and calming and everything was so so clean & sanitary !!! Her prices are also affordable unlike other places!! “Today 7/28 I came in for a manicure and a pedicure, my pedicure was amazing. The lady who did it spent so much time on my pedicure and put so much effort and so much love into it like she did a really amazing job. That’s why I gave them four stars but when it came down to my manicure, the guy just gave me gelx and then that was it. I didn’t want Square. I wanted coffin. I didn’t want them to be as long as he tried to make them and I had to have him shorten them and he was upset about that. I’m just not happy with my manicure I mean paying $55 for him to glue on tips and paint them. He never asked me what length or what shape. It took him 15 minutes for my manicure. I wanted coffin but got square. Then he was done after 15 minutes. I wanted my cuticles done. But he was done and gone before I could ask for anything else. But the ladies put in so much time and effort and did an amazing job. Just do not let the guy do your manicure. Because he never did the manicure he just glued on tips and painted.“
