John with Top Cabinets is the BEST! Our house had a flood and we had to completely redo our downstairs. It’s been a very long and frustrating process over several months. I had some other company my insurance company wanted me to use. I just had a baby so got a babysitter, set aside time, etc and the company completely flaked on me. My brother recommended John and he not only answered right away, he said he would be at my house at 9:30 am the next day (which was a Saturday). Well at 9:30 sharp he was there! Great customer service!! Was helped by Jerry who was very friendly and patient with my many questions and concerns. As a first time owner, I had a lot of questions about colors, arrangements, and options. Jerry offered some helpful recommendations and options to think about that made the process easy to deal with. Lots of colors and designs to pick from. Lots of parking space in front of the office.

John was so responsive and answered my millions of questions so quickly each time, even when I reached out on a Sunday (sorry!). His crew was punctual, and worked so efficiently. I couldn't believe how quickly we had a new kitchen! We absolutely love our new kitchen and bathroom cabinets and I highly recommend Top Cabinets. I changed my mind twice and one of the times it even lowered the price when I picked a different countertop. John was very patient with me and my asking to change a couple things, which I really appreciated since I've never done a remodel before. His price was also very reasonable, which we were happy with.
