Its rare but my first time was the best time. Scheduled an appt online with anyone at JCP Salon in Westminster. My usual haunts of Supercuts and Fantastic Sams closed down. I didn’t draw any opinions from the reviews, but am a frequent JCP shopper and always noticed the busy salon. I was warmly greeted by the manager which was nice. My stylist Pam was finishing a client so I waited a few minutes. While waiting another stylist shampooed my hair. I have to give props to Pam. I have thick straight hair from my Hawaiian ancestry and rarely get a good cut. If its too short it just pokes out. I got my new haircut and smile from Stephanie Carreras, my movie stylist. Sometimes she tells me about a nice shirt or shoes the store just brought in, what a friend to have at JC Pennys now my 60 the year as a devoted shopper. from my first sportcoats to my 1965 suitcase I still use them all even the Penny loafers from high school peeled and healed many times. And still, times to go and see all the wonderful updates with old fashion American service and smile... they care at JC Penny and I care about them. God Bless America and My JC Pennys. My Client Edd told me to always look like a Hollywood Agent.

Such a friendly environment! I went on Saturday afternoon to cut off my dead ends and she gave me beautiful long layers. I have wavy hair and I was glad they knew what they were doing.
