You came highly recommended by Dr. Resnik. We have been trying to contact you for months with no reply. Here are the problems you should address: 1.Your order form requires a patient's name and DOB. I don't have a BAA with you. This is a HIPPA violation and no other company requires that information to order. 2. Your order form requires my written credit card info. There's no planet on which I am going to do that. 3. Your testimonials all date from 2012. Where are the updated reviews? We would love to try your product, but these are major issues and they make you look like a sketchy company. Please address.
