Peter's tax office has a few terrible behavior people work for him, who were very rude and no responsibilities to their jobs and to the customers, which are important to remind and guide customers to do the right things. After they done with your case ( without guiding or asking customer for full information-- that's your job, not them) , do not bothering them, if not you will get some rude conversations and terrible behavior. Ps : Customers may wrong, because they have no knowledge about your job, so that they need you to do and guide them. CLEAR ?

Have been coming here for many years, and have referred them to several friends and family. Located in the upstairs of the Guaranty Bank plaza (Lee's Sandwiches are a few doors down). They can also work with you via email - just scan your documents and forms, and you can get a PDF back for electronic signature. They have done right by me and my many referrals for years. I like that they retain a file for me, so they can easily reference past years' returns. It helps to get your files and papers organized before you go to avoid having to make more than 1 trip (which is about all it should take for simple personal/household filing).

In 2018, I had a lot of personal issues that prevented me from filing my taxes for 2017. I came to Peter to help me with these issues. I had brought him all the documents he required on March 22nd. He told me I was going to have a lot of problems because I didn't file, but he was willing to help me. He made me feel confident and safe he would fix things for me. He was positive about the situation and I felt relieved.Today, Peter asked me to come in. I assumed there was some progress with my taxes (since it had been almost a month since I dropped off all my documents), but there had not been any since March 22.
