FAWSY IBRAHIM and PERSONNEL: REGGIE & NATALIE It started with Natalie who responded with immediate empathy to my request for email contact vs phone. She went out of her way to make it happen. I am nigh 83, survivor of violent assault that forces me to utilize formal communication and documentation. Seniors truly have a difficult time with memory lapses. Medical needs too are delicate, often cumbersome. Thus, when I experience on time 10+ professionalism, coupled with downright empathy/niceness, it means so, so much. I salute you all. “Just visited today for my very first time . The office staff are so knowledgeable & intelligent . All 3 went above and beyond to help me obtain my X-rays from urgent care and even assist me by helping to ensure everything was coming back to my new phone thru my email , as I lost my phone and was currently dealing with set up of my new one covered from insurance. Dr. Graves took time to ask questions about past injuries an got a good overview of history of the foot injury before diagnosing what needed to be done an what could have caused the pain. BIG Thank you to everyone in this office today . As well as each patient that took the time to tell me that it would be ok , they used to be like me with this foot injury & I was in the best doctor's care .warm and very welcoming .5/5 stars for service , experience& quality of care.“
“Dr. Allen treated my mother's foot after weeks of pain that made it difficult for her to walk. In addition to being attentive and taking his time to answer my mother's questions or concerns, he made a quick but thorough diagnosis that resulted in treatment in the form of an injection to the affected area. She started feeling better the next day and months later has still not had any problems walking on the foot that received treatment. The staff at the Seal Beach location were very polite and accommodating as well. A very positive experience. Thank you!“

“This was my second Visit with the Doc.The Office Staff were very friendly and welcoming, as always.And again, I got to see the Doc on Time, to my appointment. No waiting around.I was there to have a small operation done on my Foot. Dr. Wepman took his time explaining every step before the operation begun. And, he is a very funny Man, making you very comfortable throughout he procedure.The operation was very smooth and painless, the Guy is a true professional. Great conversations as he operated on me. A Multi tasker!I left his Office still laughing from his Jokes and comments.I would give 10 Stars if I could.“
