The casting was done carefully and I was finished within 30 minutes. I was told that my inserts would be delivered to my home within 2-3 weeks. I was very satisfied with the service I received. This is a review for Dr. Kazuto Augustus. I have been seeing Dr. Augustus for 18 months. Dr. Augustus has been consistently kind, caring, and respectful throughout our interactions. In addition, Dr. Augustus has been affable and a very good listener during my visits, and makes you feel comfortable and attended to. How often can you say that about a physician, much less a specialist? My foot needs are somewhat unique, and Dr. Augustus took many variables into account before recommending a treatment for my diabetic neuropathy that I had never heard of (Qutenza). He seems to be expert and knowledgeable. The treatment has been quite successful so far, although there are several months to go. At West Coast Foot and Ankle (Long Beach Office) the staff have been serious but polite and efficient. There was one time when the ball got dropped in communication with the specialty pharmacy, but that quickly got fixed. Overall two thumbs up.“

“I’m an electrician and I spend 40+ hard working hours on my feet weekly and it’s caused all sorts of issues with my feet, hips, and lower back pain. I spent $600 on the nicest work boot possible (Red Wings) and that did Zero help.
