Simple and clean office. Front desk and everyone was very friendly. Dentist was an elderly lady with a lot of experience. She was gentle and precise with her treatment. Wonderful experience

I honestly don't know how long I've been coming here, but I've been a creature of habit when it comes to these kinds of services (medical, dental, vision). Once I find someone I like or someone I trust, I tend to build a relationship with them for years because they meet my needs and expectations. And even though her practice is not covered under my dental insurance, I still find myself returning here for my routine checkup and cleaning. The dental office is located within the same plaza as Seafood World, but you will have to drive into the far corner of the plaza to find it. Don't worry, there's plenty of parking space from the surrounding businesses, but most often, I haven't seen it very busy on weekend afternoons. My brother and I usually schedule our appointments together around noon, so it's usually just us in the office from the time of arrival until the time we leave, which typically takes under an hour for a standard clean. It's been awhile since I've had any other services done aside from cleaning, so I can't really speak on behalf of anything else. For the cleaning though, I do agree that she can be a little rough around the gums. However, she's incredibly thorough and gets through all the nooks and cranny of your teeth. I feel she makes an effort to ensure she can remove most of the build up where most people don't brush or at least save you a couple bucks for fillings, or any other costly procedures from lack of attention. And probably within the year or two, she started using this strawberry numbing gel around the gums to help alleviate some of the pain. The anesthesia wears off under 30 minutes, so you can eat as you please or go about your day. What I like about her is that she's upfront and honest about what needs to be done. My last checkup was mostly positive, but she advised us to switch out our toothbrushes every 6 weeks to ensure our bristles remained firm for a good clean. We walked out with a few samples to take home like a new toothbrush and a recommended toothpaste to help with gum health (for my bro). This was a first time this has happened for us, but it was incredibly appreciative that they cared about our oral health beyond the service.

I have been going to her for last 30 years. I had gum retraction due to inflammation and was about to lose my teeth but thanks to her diligent and excellent cleaning have still have all my teeth into my 70's. It is a painful experience (probably why I did not get this done sooner) and occasionally had a local shot to ease the pain but hey it was worth every bit of the temp pain to still have my teeth!
