I love this place for affordable shampoo and conditioner but this will probably be my last time buying. I got charged an extra 12$ I barely noticed it when I got home. Not cool, lesson learned to check what you're being rang up for VERY closely.

Store hours are wrong. I got there today at five and they were closed specifically went to the mall for this store.

I was looking for quality shampoo and conditioner and that's exactly what I found here! They have an extensive selection of quality hair products, and for all different types of hair textures. The lady who worked there - who I assumed was the owner - was very friendly and helped me choose a great shampoo and conditioner based upon the type of hair I have. I already have my next shampoo and conditioner identified once I finish this set! I was surprised at how many hair products they have aside from shampoo and conditioner. Any hair-related items that you can think of - Helen's has it and at an affordable price. I also picked up a nice hairbrush and some hair ties. But they have so much more - hair coloring, flat irons, accessories, all of it! I will be back at Helen's very soon!

The lady was so sweet and so helpful it was like talking to my mom or aunty!! It’s inside the mall I enter thru macys go out thru the perfume section and it’s downstairs by the carousel!!

So I walked into the store and asked if they had any type of hairpiece that I could use to hide a bald spot on the back of my head. So he said well I have to figure out what color and we walked over to these hair pieces and I have silver hair and he showed me blonde and I said no that's not quite the color so then he walked off and went over to the register and started doing something else and totally ignored me. Mind you I was the only person in the store they had just opened up.So he didn't even help me any further. So I just walked out he didn't say a word to me very rude very unprofessional don't even know why he works there I was very disappointed now I don't know where else to go but I will find somebody.
